CTP Technologies

Our CTP Kodak Trendsetter Q800 and Processor T860 are the guarantee of zero default.

 OFFSET MACHINES

Our factory has two offset machines.
  • MAN ROLLAND B705 5 sections +2 for the varnish, prints sheets of maximum 72x104cm
  • KBA Rapida. 5 sections +1 for the varnish  for a maximum size of the paper sheet of 60x75cm.

DIE CUTTING MACHINES

Three die cutting presses, important for the cutting of the paper sheets and cardboards of various sizes.

  • BOBST 102 which cuts big paper sheets reaching 102x73cm.
  • Heildelberg cuts sheets of a maximum of 50x35cm. Perfect for small size printing 15x15cm.
  • Yawa Pro-F 106

FOLDER- GLUER

For our packaging products we need high technology folder gluer. We chose  BOBST Media II. It gives the possibility to be totally flexible and multipurpose and be able to produce all your ideas.

 

HOT LAMINATION AND VARNISHING MACHINES

“The special effects” of our products, called also “finishing” are realised with the help of different machines for hot foiling (Heildelberg Cylinder -76x56cm and Yawa Pro F106- 73x104cm), laminators Delta (72x52cm) and Siami (70x100cm). We also have varnishing machines- UV Siebdruck 72x52cm and a big one – 70x100cm.

DOY PACK- FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

Nowadays lots of liquid products are put in pouches or flat bags. We invested in two new technologies for that:  DG PRESS VSOP 520, 7 offset + flexo and a MULER Martini 850 VSOP 6 offsets + flexo.
